Paediatrics / Childrens Ward
Ward 3 will continue to locate our childrens ward with the Peadiatric Assessment Unit (PAU) being based within the new A&E.
Women and Children Supporting Accommodation

Womens Health / Maternity Bed base
Ward 7 will be the location of the services which currently sit on ward 4:
- Maternity Elective Care
- Maternity Gynae
- Maternity Ante-natel
- Maternity Post-natal
Maternity Theatres and Birth Centre and SCUBU
The birth centre will relocate onto the 2nd floor of the existing build. It will be built alongside a new maternity theatre and sit next to the labour ward and SCBU. This will ensure that all of our maternity services are co-located on the same floor.
Medical Assessment Unit and Acute Floor
The 2nd floor of the new clinical build will be the new location of the Medical Assessment Unit and Acute Floor. Further beds will also be provided within the exsisting build.
Children's Outpatients
The Children's Outpatient Unit will be remaining in its current location.

CRH Estates and Facilities Management will remain in the same location
